Flipper Boots

I've been hearing a lot of my my friends pretty happy with the swimming addition to 1.13. We we're playing MC the other day when we started talking on how amazing flippers would be. You would be able to go much faster, in addition to more hunger loss, because using flippers does take more energy. They can be crafted out of leather. They could be used as a fast way to search oceans without being caught be sea mobs. Also, even though it might quite ambitious, the addition of an Oxygen Tank (chest plate area), A diving helmet (helmet area) and a diving suit (legging area) would make an amazing addition to the game.
