Add an option for /kill not affecting creative players.

In the recent bedrock update 1.9.0 you added a feature where /kill affects players in creative. I suggest that an option be added to disable this feature. This would be useful for when /kill is used to fix lag. My world lags a lot and I need to use this command relatively often to delete dropped items etc. Having an option to use the old system for that would be nice. I would suggest either making it a new gamerule that would work something like this

/gamerule creativeKillCommand true/false

Or an option in the settings.

Note: i'm posting this to gameplay but it might make more sense in commands.
