The only negative enchantments are curse of binding and curse of vanishing, and they can only be obtained from loot chests. There should be many more, and be obtainable via an enchantment table (a player would have to use something different then lapiz lazuli to get them). The enchantments are:
Dullness - opposite of sharpness, makes sword do less damage
Treachery - opposite of loyalty, makes trident float away from player
Recoil - opposite of riptide, sends player flying back when the trident is thrown (only works in water and rain)
Fragility - opposite of unbreaking, makes tool more likely to take more than one durability point per use.
Vulnerability - opposite of protection, makes armor less effective and blocking damage (same for respective variants like fire protection, feather falling, projectile protection, and blast protection)
Deficiency - opposite of efficiency, makes breaking time longer
Reckless - opposite of silk touch, makes item not drop from broken block, even if the proper tool is used
Burden - slows down player if worn

Enchantments are an in-game mechanic, not an out of game concern about Minecraft in general, so moving to Gameplay.
