Dry Steppe

Dry Steppe will be rare biome and it's temperature will be 1.2. Dry steppe is tracts of coarse dirt, some podzol and only grass, tall grass, mushrooms and fern grow on it. Mobs living on dry steppe are wolfs and donkeys. Rain or snow never falling here.

  Maybe a biome to act as an in-between biome for taiga and plains?
