Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Along with sending items, certain items could change how the arrow works

Attaching splash potions would make a splash effect of the potion rather than only affecting if it hits the mob. The same goes for attaching lingering potions. Both arrows may be slower or not go as far as they are weighed down

Kind of useless, but you could attach eggs to arrows so you can shoot and hatch chickens farther. It could be good for pranks

Attached Eyes of Ender could do a couple of interesting things. They could act like homing missiles, following the closest mob. They may not exactly follow the mob, just change direction slightly. They could also be returned to the user, making them reusable or like a boomerang

Attaching fireworks could make the arrow shoot straight until it runs out of power. It could also explode on impact. This may be redundant as you can already launch fireworks from crossbows

Using a Fishing Rod may allow you to shoot the fishing rod rather than just cast it (although this could just be a fishing rod enchantment)

Attaching redstone dust may give a redstone pulse. The closer you are may determine how powerful it is

Using a snowball may just make it so no damage is done. On the other hand, it could give the freezing effect

Using a Chorus Fruit may allow you to shoot Endermen. It could also make it so the mob can teleport out of the way of projectiles, although that could also be a new potion

Attaching a goat horn could play the raid sound everywhere the arrow flies. They could also give significant knockback

I don't think you should attach milk buckets to arrows, but it would be cool if there was a sort of milk arrow that cured potion effects. I'm not entirely sure of that, because it falls into the same category as splash milk potions which I don't really like

Attaching music discs could play the song as they fly. It could be good for pranks. These could also be shot into jukeboxes

Attaching a fire charge may just make it a flaming arrow without having the flame enchantment. The same could go for adding blaze powder and coal

Adding a brick may cause knockback, stun mobs, and break blocks such as glass. You should also just be able to throw bricks by themselves

Adding a Copper Ingot may have a chance to summon lightning during a thunder storm

Adding gunpowder or tnt could make an exploding arrow, although personally I would just prefer it if there were dynamite sticks that could be thrown or launched in a cross/bow

Attaching slime balls would make the arrow bounce on blocks until it either runs out of momentum or it hits a mob, although it could still bounce off if it hits a mob. Magma cream would do the same but it may also give fire

Adding a phantom membrane may make it so it can pass through blocks. It may only affect slee deprived players. It could also track sleep deprived players

Attaching Banners may simply place banners where ever the arrow hits. I suppose all blocks could be attached and then shot to make builds, but I'm not sure I want that

Attaching a sponge may soak up any water around where it hits. This may be better if there was a sponge item along with a sponge block. This arrow may work well with Drowned, possibly turning them into zombies, and maybe zombies into husks

Add 8 leads to an arrow and hang a zip line across a cavern
