Ladders update

Hi everyone.

It's annoying when you're already down on the bottom floor and then when you walk whether ahead, to the sides or even to the back near a ladder then you're still climbing up the ladders because the walking buttons are the same for climb up, when it would be better to use the jump button to climb up, at that time as well, the crouch button would be for climb down, so be it when you're not pressing any key while on the ladder then you just not moving up or down instead.
