Instant Harming 2 Arrows

Here is my suggestion: To nerf the Instant Harming 2 Arrows.

Here is my reasoning: My friend had full enchanted diamond armor and they two shot him. That is ridiculous in my opinion. It completely takes away from sword fights and any reason to have a regular fight when you can two shot someone with a bow. I do not think that any item in the game should two shot someone with full enchanted diamond armor, no matter how difficult it is to get the item. Fighting is something that should not be instant. 

Here is how to nerf it: Well, obviously, take some damage off of the arrow. I do think that 3 shots would be decently better, but I still think arrows are more of a support thing, maybe to delay someone, but not your main weapon. Swords or something of close combat should always be the main weapon, not bows/ long range weaponry.

    You have not really suggested anything.   You have simply pointed out a problem.  You said that it should take three hits (still overpowered in my opinion), but stopped there.  What do you think Mojang should do to fix this?

    I bet this guy haven't know about end crystal is hard to dodge and literally 1-shot any prot 5 set (or blast prot 5) . instant damage arrow is better because you can dodge them.
