Pink survey marker / Spotting glass

Planting a pink survey marking flag will display secondary coordinates with 0,0,0 at the flag location.  This will allow building from relative coordinates at the flag, instead of using only the (primary) absolute map coordinates.

The purpose would be much like the fluorescent pink flags used by Architects, Land-Surveyors and Site-Engineers, and would enable creating large structures more rapidly.

For added difficulty, a "Spotting Glass" item could compliment the "Pink survey marker" item, and be required to enable the base features or add extra functions like radius (distance) & bearing (degrees)
