Enhanced console visibility and use in Dedicated Server

Coming from a Pocketmine background, I'd say that the Dedicated Server's console readability is terrible. Everything is one color and it's hard to distinguish between the types of text. In-game chat output to the console would be incredibly useful too so I could track inappropriate content.
