What I mean is that maybe you could add a option before making a new world to choose what items you can use. For example, say if a person did not want potions in their game. They could go to a menu and toggle every type of potion they do not want off. Then, when they make their world, there will be no potions in the creative menus or survival crafting. This could also be set for mobs as well. This would be something I would use all the time in my game!
