An armor that goes to the feet slot/weapon/item. Obviously makes you slower which infact inspired from the slowness debuff icon. Makes you go down liquids faster, bypassing currents, makes levitation unable to make you levitate, has a 5 second cooldown to wear and unwear, can be used as a throwable spinning weapon, with a spinning duration of 0.5 - 5 seconds of spin time, makes shields durability drop to a reasonable number, and makes you and the victim stunned where the victim takes more debuff time.
