    I feel for this to be balanced you'd need something extremely rare to make it like a couple of nether stars and be a one time use

    agree with the Silk Touch II  but, it should be the rarest enchantment and cannot be obtained with the help of crafting table . 😉

    the dragon egg thing deosnt need to be added, but yeah, silk touch 2 sounds like a good idea, picking up spawners would really help my hardcore world, plus it just sounds like a good idea. it should only be obtainable from chests though, not upgradeable

    should either be found in a mansion or by some rare specific ocurrenec like how you get a disc from a skeleton killing a creeper. for instance a mob killing a librarian with a silk touch sword (or something like that)

    Silk Touch 2 should be found from villagers, just like mending. Also maybe pick up crops in block form, I'd like to use them for decoration.

    I don't understand the hesitation when it comes to spawners. The only things they would be decent for would be larger scale blaze, drowned and skeleton farms. Skeleton farms are practically useless because crimson nylium flower farms give stupidly high amounts of bone meal, and bows and low tier armour aren't really worth farming. Drowned farms are useful for copper but to make a semi efficient farm with spawners would make the structure huge, not really worth it for anything else. Larger blaze farms would be pretty useful though, but not overpowered. There are much more efficient ways of gaining XP without the use of spawners (guardian farms, gold farms, even furnaces), and fuel is extremely easy to farm in multiple different ways (wither skeletons, kelp, bamboo, trees). My point being, the idea is good and silk touch II doesn't need to be insanely rare for it to be balanced, at least in the way OP has set it up. Having an enchantment that allows players to obtain breakable unobtainable items is just a cool thing to have imo. Not gamebreaking but not entirely useless either

    dude im so tired of getting silk touch so frequently. i get it on almost all of my tools early game, always when i dont need it whatsoever i literally rage quit about 15 minutes ago cus i kept getting silk touch on a dia pick which ofc im sure you can guess i already had. i needed a regular efficiency IV pick at least due to the weird ass crafting recipes for deepslate i think a heavy nerf to the enchantment is due its already an op enchantment theres no reason i can think of why it would need to be so common other than to make your life harder. this would be cool to have being able to pick up spawners but ofc theres no way we should keep the mob spawn itself so i think there needs to be a way to add a mob to the spawner in survival that might not be so easy to get.

    perhaps a mechanic in which no more than 4 or so spawners active within a 16 block radius.

    to reply to the comments above regarding the dragon egg i see no logical reasoning why its not needed? yeah you can drop it on a torch or whatever but why? the point of the feedback website is to share opinions regarding the polishing of the game and dropping the dragon egg over a torch is roughly the same concept as dropping gravel on a torch or slabs sure its useful and it works but does it feel natural to you? does it feel like it was intentional? there are many mechanics throughout the game that are extremely beneficial while also being completely unintentional i think polishing up these mechanics is much needed and it makes the game a little better. that is the point after all. however i feel bad for the devs, they support the community of minecraft and theyve generously listened to us for the most part when it comes to feedback, hell we're getting a brand new update that is completely changing the game forever as requested. i cant imagine the frustration when it comes to hundreds of people complaining about mechanics throughout the game daily. that being said.. bedrock is trash

    To keep the OP power down, it could be incompatible with Mending and Unbreaking enchantment so as to keep the item to a finite use.

    I think it should be only applicable to one weapon, like iron or better pickaxes.

    That would not only make being able to collect the dragon egg less challenging, but think of the survival possibilities if we could pick up unique spawners, the type of new mob grinders we could make

    It should only be available in an upgraded anvil because of how op it will be.

    Have a look at a mod called quark.

    It adds "ancient tome's" which are enchanted books that can only be found in chests and even then they are still rare but it allows you to increase the enchant level by 1 max (above vanilla) for a few enchants.

    Maybe add it like this with a lower chance to find, current chance to find ancient tome is 13% per chest. Then on top of that the chance it is the enchant you want.

    It also costs 70 xp levels (35/35) to apply to a tool/armour

    And for people saying it's too OP, it's a sandbox, don't use it if u don't want it

    I don't think it's op, you still have to find it, it's just less of a hasle, and you could put it in your base so you dont need nether transport and a ton of laders, just make it hard to get.
