Friend list on minecraft menu

Hi! What do you say about a minecraft friend list in game? Near Singleplayer button and multyplayer button...appear the friend list, you can add friends, see what they are playing (like singleplayer minecraft or the ip of an server etc) add friends who has Minecraft Premium...this will be awesome! And when we click the button will appear something like this :

    I like this idea because its a easier way to find my friend so I don't have to try to get into the same server I can just join them.

    I agree that having a friend list on java is 3x much easy. but if they put this it will be the newest version but not the oldest version.

    so basicly you must type in the name of a friend (nametag of course) if you click add friend and then you can play in a lan from 2 different houses? without the same internet connection? because that would be awesome

    This would be especially awesome for making friends. I think it'd be cool if you could add friends and then allow/block them from joining/following you. But especially if you were able to send them messages. Until you get their discord It's hard to get a hold of people who you play with without having to happen to join the same place at the same time again.

    I agree! And be able to see who your friends are even without them being in game like it is in the PS4 version now

    Extremely nice to see which friends are playing and joining them. It would also be nice If there's a way to speak with them using a text message system and possibly a microphone, not sure if it's possible but it would be nice instead of having to use a third-party platform.

    A) list where they are playing. If its a server it should ask the server what do you want to be displayed as in such case in a new entry in server properties).

    B) allow joining to them. If a player klicks the button the friend gets asked if they want to allow it.

    c) allow peer to peer chat between friends

    d) allow deactivation in parent controlls with standard off so parents can limit it but dont have to enable it.

    e) allow more options when clicking a friend
