The tick speed in bedrock is far too slow, I have a bamboo farm that feeds bamboo into a furnace to smelt cactus and it is so slow it basically breaks the entire set up...

I would love this to be changed so that we can increase the randomTickSpeed to at least Java's 3 without cheats. It's a bother that to build anything on par with Java's farms (without cheats), Bedrock's farms need to be triple the size :/

I think there is some confusion regarding the java bedrock parity. The number value in bedrock is not equivalent to the number value in java. The 1 for bedrock is equal to java's 3. The crops grow the same speed the number is just different. This feature request explains about how bedrock cant slow down the random tick speed without removing random ticks entirely

Random tick speeds are the amount of blocks updated per tick. The area to be ticked is each loaded sub chunk (16x16x16). Java gets three blocks in that area updated whereas bedrock only gets one. They are exactly the same definitions making java three times faster.

I like the bedrock random tick speed the way it is. Easier is not better. (in my opinion)
