Speech to text button (bedrock)

Next to the text field on bedrock there should be a speech to text button. This button, when pressed, records the voice and attempts to fill in the text bar with what is said. This is my thought on helping the bedrock community grow the same way the java community has grown. This is one way that we can address the problem AntVenom sees with the bedrock community.
