Fishing up treasure maps

The 1.13 update added many welcome additions to the game, with treasure maps being no exception. I think having a very small (probably 1-5%) chance of reeling in a map while fishing would be a great alternative to finding a shipwreck (while they are fairly common, it can be difficult fighting off Drowned and diving without a potion).

How about treasure maps in a bottle, I mean you do fish empty bottles already,
Why not treasure bottles
