Added cartography table ingredients and types of maps

It can be a pain to update a map wall, and with the cartography table there should be a way to make a map automatically update. By putting an ended pearl or eye of ender in a table with a map, the map will be filled out completely, and that area of the map would always be completely updated whether it is not held or in an item frame.

Despite being done in mods, this could also be added in vanilla: cave and nether maps. These could work as the inverse of a map, and only show blocks that are on ceilings, prioritizing the bottommost blocks and ignoring bedrock layers. It could be crafted with a ghast tear, fermented spider eye or something else.
