When experimenting in worlds, many people use /kill @e[type=mob] to get rid of the mess they've done and end up with hundreds of items on the ground they now have to kill with /kill@e[type=item]. Having an option in the /kill command to not drop anything would be extremely useful, and work similar to how you can toggle drops on blocks when using /fill. /gamerule doMobLoot exists but that toggles it for the entire world rather than just that one command
