(Java Parity) Coral reefs

Bedrock coral reefs generate with hideous dead coral, and form clusters rather than organic shapes. Port the Java reefs for parity sake.

    And the from of clusters of coral reefs should also come to the Java!

    I do agree the java edition’s corals are so much better and vibrant. Should the ocean sizes be the same as Java’s? The bedrock’s oceans used the old code as the java snapshots and console edition is the same.
