Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

    I would have suggested that the mineral you used to activate the beacon depends on what level effect you getting. Tier 1 beacon effects requires iron, tier 2 beacon effects requires gold, tier 3 beacons require emeralds and tier 4 requires diamonds.

    Well emerald is about 25 times rarer than diamonds so i think tier 3 is diamond and tier 4 would be emerald

    Okay that's pretty cool, it should be added. Your version the idea creator, not the other commenter, your version gives tasking to get what you want which is a grind which I like. If there is a grind involved I like it, yet if there is a way to think of doing it differently I ultimately do it differently than the typical course of action I like exploits, I hate it that Microsoft takes away exploits, rather than making a version like a game mode similar to creative but it's survival, just every exploit Is available to be done, to reminisce, rather than oh remember that.
    But hands down good idea to add to the game, Minecraft Needs more complexity, I just wish they'd add rotating blocks that smoothly move
