Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Enhanced Brewing Stand

The Enhanced Brewing Stand is well, an improved Brewing Stand and the recipe for it is quit simple:

Recipe: 1 Brewing Stand, 3 Iron Ingots at the bottom, 2 Iron Bars on the sides, and 1 Glowstone Power on top.

 

Info: The Enhanced Brewing Stand can brew 6 potions at a time but at the cost of using double the Blaze Powder and double the ingredients. However, if you only put in 3 potions, the use of power and ingredients will not be doubled. Only when 4 and more potions are being made will the items be required to double. Also when in the process of brewing, the stand itself will give off a glow, signifying that it's making potions.

    Should I make it so that the player has to use twice the amount of ingredients as well?

    I really like the idea of improving on the brewing system and I feel this change would be the perfect addition exactly as is.

    So this would be the equivalent of a blast Furnace and Smoker to a regular furnace, but Brewing Stands instead? What if the enhanced brewing stand only brewed a specific type of potion (like lingering or splash) similar to how a Smoker only cooks meat and a Blast Furnace only burns ores and metal.

    Honestly Slimer, brewing stands and the types of furnaces are quit different from each other so I don't know how that would work. Think about it as barrels and chests though. The barrel is a compacted version of the chest, and so is the stand.
