Hopper Minecarts will drop all items into hoppers

So I have a farm factory and when items are in the Hopper Minecart and a hopper is underneath, it drops 1 item into one hopper. If you have multiple hoppers and items, it's a SUPER slow process. It would be better for Hopper Minecarts to drop ALL items into hoppers or filter them when there are multiple and for them to drop all items into the hopper. If the hopper cannot take say a 64 stack of items, as it is nearly full, the Hopper Minecart will drop as many items as the hopper will take.
