Make Wooden Tools Paintable

This is just a small feature I thought of that might be a nice small edition for map makers. Just like Leather Armor can be dyed with dyes, I think it would be fitting to make it so that wooden tools can be "painted" using dyes as well. The "paint" color would be an added NBT tag to the ItemStack, just like the leather armor has. This could allow for a variety of different custom weapon types in maps and add a nice aesthetic feel or variety.
