Mountain Biome (realistic)

Instead of the mountain biome now you could change it back to extreme hills and then create a biome that looks like actual mountains. Do a google search on mountains, there's nothing like this in Minecraft and I think this would just be amazing. 

You could also do a string of them in a line kind of like mountain ranges in real life

You would probably have to raise the y level to maybe 512 and also raise the cloud level as well.

    No, i think that rising a max high is a bad idea. Minecraft now has some problems with optimization and 2 times larger world will cause 2 times more problems

    I totally agree with this! I've always wanted realistic mountains. Hopefully we'll get some at some point!

    I really like this idea! I have always wanted mountains like those of Colorado. They dont need to be that tall though because then it would be hard to generate.

    Also include large valleys within these mountain ranges that can support villages, hand built towns, and comprehensive road systems.
