Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Drying Rack

A drying rack would be a block which could be hanged on walls or roofs. It is used to dry food. For example you can use it to make rotten flesh edible, obtain dried meat (Every meat has a different variant. Also they would recover less hunger since you don't have to use fuel.)

It would be a great early game item to obtain food without using coal and also it would allow you to eat flesh of zombies.

*Note: Interacts with hoppers an comparators.
