Add levers for more block types

Recently in the 1.13 update, we got buttons for every kind of wood in the game. However, with levers we're still stuck with only cobblestone levers. I believe that more kinds of levers should be added into the game, such as levers with a base for each wood type, as well as stone levers, stone brick levers, and perhaps more. These would be crafted by replacing the cobblestone block in the crafting recipie with the block of choice. Different levers should be added as it means you could use a lever that works better in your build then just cobblestone. They could also be used to make levers harder to find, making more secret entrances possible.
