Nether Mob: Sea Manatee-like Creature

I am suggesting that there should be a nether mob in the lava lakes. I don't have an idea for the name, but I believe it should look somewhat like a sea manatee or a walrus. This mob should never be seen outside the lava and must always be fully submerged in the lava. This mob should be hostile, since it should be territorial. Also, if not harmed it should do three hearts of damage and if attacked it shall do five and a half hearts of damage. I think it should have 25 hearts itself. This mob should be on the rarer side and spawn in small packs and drop something for use, since it would be hard to find and the player would need fire resistance potions. So overall, I suggest a sea manatee looking thing being found only in the nether lava lakes and having its own rare sort of thing.

Edit: Another thing I forgot to mention, is that whenever the mob drops the item, the item has fire resistance for 10 seconds.
