    I don't love the idea of making cauldrons immovable - seems like it'd break a lot of redstone contraptions, even if composters are a viable replacement in most cases - but adding the bedrock functionality to them would definitely be great!

    Lava in cauldron is already available in Java so please dear Mojang we need all three functionality of the cauldrons in Java too. Storing potions in which you can make tipped arrows also color normal water with dyes to dye leather armor! (Also hope the crafting recipe will be removed so that you can need to use the cauldron)
