I would like to have a trackpad mode for playing, well, with a trackpad.
Right now, I play with an Apple Magic Trackpad 2 in Minecraft 1.13.2 on MacOS and there is no option to to lower scrolling sensitivity. The scrolling speed is extremely sensitive.
For example, you use two fingers to scroll through your hotbar and your fingers move 1 millimeter and you've already scrolled past 3 items. Then if you scroll fast, you've probably scrolled through the whole hotbar 4 times because of inertial scrolling! It gets very annoying.
Trackpad Mode should reduce the scrolling sensitivity and remove inertial scrolling. You may also adjust the sensitivity to your preferences. Please make this a real feature as soon as possible. It would be greatly appreciated. Trackpad Mode should be found in the settings option.
If not a Trackpad Mode, you can also call it Reduce Hotbar Scrolling Sensitivity or something.
