XP Increase Enchantment (Helmets)

Basically, a new helmet enchantment called "Knowledge". What it does is it increases the amount of xp you get a bit.

Could be better on a sword or a pickaxe. Something like intelligent mining on the pickaxe or gifted hit on the sword
