Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Nether Star Sword!

The Nether Star Sword will be a very powerful sword and can only be obtained with Nether Stars and Blaze Rods.

 

Recipe: 2 Nether Stars, 1 Blaze Rod

Damage: 10 damage points

Info: Will give off a strong light the same amount as a beacon. The sword is also blast resistant and when enchanted with Smite, it will increase the damage to undead mobs by 2.8 health points. It also has higher enchanting properties than golden items.

    I dont feel as if it is overpowered enough, you literally have to kill 2 withers and unless you have a 6 tier beacon you have to sacrifice the two stars to a sword. Maybe you could increase the attack damage and have it be a little more enchantable than gold armor.

    I like that idea! And with the combat snapshots changing the attack damage, I think the sword will be a big thing to get.

    I love this idea. not only was i wanting a nether star sword, i also thought it should have 10 attack damage. it should also have at least 3000 durability
