Improve Blindness

If you put the blindness effect on a mob, it will still have no difficulty, ie if a zombie is with this effect he will still go after you, could make the mobs have difficulty moving, and the mobs neutrals who are aggressive and hostile mobs will only attack you if you are very close to him if you leave, he will go straight to you until he gives up and make the mobs not see where he has obstacles.

    The Zombie(and other Undead mobs) can still sense the player because its love for our flesh.

    The same thing for nausea but with mobs it's only cosmetic.
