Camouflage and sneak attacks?

Mobs should take longer to see you when you are wearing dyed leather armour that has a close color to your surroundings. Dyed leather armour have been very useless. So why not make it so you can use it as camouflage?The camouflage color is determined by the block you are standing on. For example, if you are wearing green leather armour while standing on a green block, mobs will have a lower detection range of you, so now you can have sneak attacks! While on a reddish block, like netherrack, you need red armour.  However, you must wear full dyed leather armour of the same color for it to work.

Sneaking should also reduce the detection range of mobs. Also, a new enchantment should be introduced to amour to reduce the chance of being seen. It would be as effective as mob heads when high enough level, but also rare to make it less op.
