Parity means making features behave consistently across different Minecraft editions, most commonly between Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Bedrock edition is missing the skin customization menu. Having the ability to change the layers of your skin during gameplay is a great way for players to express themselves, and they can appear left-handed if they so choose.
