Color Detector

This item is basically an alternate version of the Comparator. Any dyed block (wool, concrete powder, concrete, shulker boxes, etc) cause the Color Detector to give off a signal. The strength of the signal is based on the color of the item.
White=0
Orange=1
Magenta=2
Light Blue=3
Yellow=4
Lime=5
Pink=6
Gray=7
Light Gray=8
Cyan=9
Purple=10
Blue=11
Brown=12
Green=13
Red=14
Black=15

Why this order? That's the order of the old block IDs for wool for you OG players out there.
This redstone gadget will make it easier to build advanced logic circuits. Using a 16-block piston feed tape you can build base-16 logic machines with ease!

    Lol I didn't know why it was in that order even though I remember those days but I just wasn't thinking of that at the time XD.
