[Bedrock] Toggle sneak key to Windows 10

Add a toggle sneak key to Windows 10. We don't have Better PvP like Java, and console, mobile, ect. have it. When I enter chat or main menu, I can't sneak.

    this is a huge accessibility concern, and other editions already have this feature. all minecraft players should be able to toggle sneak and sneak while flying without workarounds.

    The obviously helpful things this game doesn't have don't surprise me anymore, but they sure disappoint me.

    Please add this. E.g. make the CAPS LOCK key work. My shift key is wearing out. And it is such a nuisance if the finger accidentally slips off the shift key.

    Especially with the release of the Deep Dark and the Ancient Cities, I'm surprised more people aren't bringing up this issue. I'll be trying the CapsLk key for now since it's in a more natural position rather than my usual Ctrl key, but hopefully Mojang will eventually bless us with Toggle Sneak some day.
