"Natural" tag for blocks to solve "farming"

In a Minecraft world, every blocks naturally generated will have a "natural=1" tag, once a player break any "natural=1" block in any way possible, it will become a "natural=0" block. No mob will be able to spawn on "natural=0" block, "natural=0" doors will not register a village and "natural=0" blocks will have gravity so that players would use the scaffolding more often. This will make mob farms, iron farms etc. impossible to build but these farms are not intended to be a feature anyway.

    So you want to completely remove player created villages, and add gravity to all player placed blocks?
    How would you build a roof on a house? Why is farming something that needs to be "solved"?

    What exactly would the gameplay improvement of this change?
