Grindstones shouldn't be used to remove Enchantments

Enchantments are magical! Why would a grindstone, which is not magical, be used for removing enchantments? This reward could be given to another block or item in much more lacking-in-content areas like Woodland Mansions, or Nether Structures.

    I take it as grinding off that top layer of the tool's edge to take off the magic.
