    I love this idea of yours. It's kinda hard telling too if you have truly implemented an item or not since you thought you put it under the category "Items" then look there and see it's not there... only to later realize that you have to use the /give to see that it really worked; wasting half an hour to more than 3 hours of googling what was the problem.

    You could just use the program bridge. addon editor. It is made by solvedDev. But Addon items and blocks should be added to the creative inventory, what would be better is custom categories.

    It just wayy to annoying that its not already like this since most of the minecraft playerbase is bedrock while the java players have the advantage of being able to change every single aspect in the game and add anything with sufficient coding it shouldnt just make blocks show up in the inventory they should allow anything and everything be added or changed using addons

    This is already added in 1.17.20 beta and should be tagged as released. Also about your "website" suggestion, it's a modding API for developers, not mod generator. I think you don't fully understand what API means.
