Over date berry juice

Now when I say 'over date berry juice' I mean something a little bit different. Now I understand if it won't be allowed as of kids, but it'll be cool (as there are already berries and barrels being put in the game) to be able to crush the berries by standing on them (or something), place them in a barrel and have them ferment into a drink which gives both a benefiting effect and a negative effect. Maybe it heals you, but if you drink it too much, it'll cause a nausea effect. So that's something too think about, and can leave more opportunity for taverns/saloons/pubs too be built in your survival world.
