Swipe attack if fully charged

You should be able to make a swipe attack as long as you’re fully charged even if you’re not aiming derectly at something, but dealing only the swipe damage to all enemies. We’ll need this because we can make valid hit more easily, and in some cases missing a hit isn’t just about the damage, but also the knock back effect (i.e. attacking a creeper).
