Transportation to the Nether

Dear Mojang

I am a Minecraft fan. My name is FunnyMode. I have a suggestion on nether transportation to add for the game.

Here it is: 

Here is what I think should be added to help transport to the nether: The bedrock at the bottom of the Overworld should be replaced by obsidian. Under the obsidian is the Nether, so it's easy to go there if you want to. Under the Nether there is more obsidian. Under that obsidian should be a rare dimension that can only be reached once all 40 Biomes have been explored.

Before all 40 Bioemes have been explored, there is bedrock. Once they have been explored, there will be obsidian. 

In the rare dimension there should be rare blocks like diamond blocks, emerald blocks, etc.

    We could have this, except it could be for another dimension. I don’t think it would be fitting for the Nether. Other than that, great idea!
