Add the One-Handed Flail

The flail would be a melee weapon used to charge up like a bow by spinning it, and attacking by letting go. While spinning the flail, your speed would decrease to bow-level. The flail would have the durability of an Iron Sword, but deal 5 hearts of damage on an unarmed mob/player It would be crafted with 2 sticks, 1 Iron Bar, and 1 Iron Ingot. I think that this idea should be added because it would add to the medieval side of Minecraft, and add the charging-up ability of a bow with melee weapons, but not in the Trident Fashion.
