villager patrols

Such as you can find sometimes random Pillagers, if you could find some just walking Villagers which are tradeable, fine and they will just go near your house and then, IF you didn't trade they will go away and disappear. Same way as Pillager patrols spawns.

    I like the idea of that, but only if they add some sort of protection to the villagers because for now, they can barely survive in a village, much less survive in the wilderness

    More like Villager Caravans because villagers don't have a reason to patrol

    They could also get into minor skirmishes with illager patrols in the wilderness.
