less op trident and a better use for sea temples

Tridents are a great weapon, but i feel they are to easy to get because the drowneds drop them.

pretend that the shards are prongs, the prongs have a chance of being dropped from the drowneds. Now pretend that the prismarine are prismarine rods or stick that can be crafted from prismarine blocks or found in chests in sea temples, this gives the player a bigger incentive to explore the sea temples and it makes it harder to get a really strong weapon early.
