If you want to propose a change to an existing structure (like villages), or add something brand new in a current dimension or biome, this is the place.

Stronghold addition: lectern

This suggestion is a smaller one, but I feel like the new lectern block should be found within stronghold libraries. - I don't think strongholds should be completely resigned, like villages, but a few touches could be made to add a little more character.

Villages are super common, whilst strongholds aren't. - So I think this idea could work very nicely in Minecraft. - maybe a book could be found in the lecterns? - Who knows!
