"Sniping" Bow Enchantment

It would be a new enchantment for bows with 3 levels, each level would make the arrow shot by the enchanted bow fly 20% faster and by doing that heighten both the bows range and the damage dealt by the shot arrow immensely. 

It wouldn’t be combinable with power, because it would make that bow far too strong. 

Also, it could only be obtained trough killing skeletons with this enchantment on their bows. Skeletons with this enchantment on their bow are quite rare (2% chance) and have a enchantment level of either 1 or 2. The ones with level 2 are much rarer than the ones with level 1.

    I like this idea. However, I think that it should increase the damage by like 2 hearts (thats weaker than power).
