Peaceful but with a side of starving

I think there should be a game mode that is peaceful mode but you starve still, so you don't have to get attacked by mobs and all you have to do is make food for yourself. It would give a bit moor of a difficulty to people who want peaceful mode but also want a bit of challenge still.

    This should not be a new gamemode this should be a part of peaceful.
    Food is almost useless in peaceful.

    Yes this would be very good since I have created a city and I want to roll play but can’t because mobs spawn everywhere. But I also want to get hungry to add a little realism. This is a great idea.
