Block Hitting

Introduce Block-Hitting back into Minecraft with a gamerule. That way, 1.9+ players an keep their combat system. (But use the 1.7 animation)

    Blockhitting's essentially made its return in the latest combat test snapshot as part of the updated shielding mechanics, so as long as the changes don't get reverted we'll finally get that aspect of the combat back.

    They Should add this For Minecraft Bedrock.
