Crystal Quartz Blocks

The Crystal Quartz Blocks would be transparent blocks that would glow when a light source is under the blocks. The light will stretch through the quartz, getting dimmer as it stretches further. You can find these blocks in caverns around Redstone and Lapus Lazuli level. Thes caverns will have up to 1 or 2 colors of quartz to find each. These blocks come in the same colors 16 colors as wool and concrete. I think these blocks should be in the game because they would add more color to caves and they would add more lighting options for builders.
